WFR 30 Day Return Policy
WFR strives to ensure we consult with our customers and ensure the right products are ordered each time. At WFR, we want to ensure our customers are supplied the right equipment for every need. If you have received the wrong product or need to change your orders, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange. In order for us to properly process your request, please contact WFR at 1.800.561.0400 prior to sending us your product, as we require a CRF number to process any returned item.
The following conditions need to be met in order for WFR to accept a return:
- The product must be in the original packaging and in the original condition
- The product must be returned within 30 days of ship date
- A CRF Number must be issued prior to return and can be provided by calling 403.279.0400 or 1.800.561.0400
A minimum 15% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping and freight costs associated with the return. Once the item is received at WFR Calgary Office it will be evaluated and processed. If deemed applicable, WFR will reimburse the fire department for the value of the product and freight costs associated with the return.
Please note: WFR cannot accept returns on custom orders, and cannot guarantee every product will be eligible for return. However, we will do our best to accommodate our customers’ needs when possible.
