TFT's In-Line Valve is a multi-purpose valve designed for use with 3.5, 4, 4.5 or 5 inch (89, 100, 115, 125 or 150mm) hose. Maximum operating pressure is 250 psi (17bar). Meets 900psi (62 bar) hydrostatic strength test. The aluminum casting are Hardcoat anodized, and powdercoat finished inside and out for maximum corrosion protection. The valve meets NPFA slow close requirements. Optional adjustable pressure relief valve meets NFPA 1901 (2009 edition). Optional rugged ¾ inch (19mm) air bleed valve quickly bleeds air from the lines or drains water from the valve housing. Contact TFT customer service for configurations not shown.

Large Diameter Hose In-Line Valve
The In-Line LDH Valve is an essential tool for controlling water flow directly from a fire hydrant during firefighting operations. Designed for use with large diameter hoses, it allows precise pressure regulation to ensure safety and efficiency in challenging conditions. Built from hard coat anodized aluminum with a durable, powder-coated finish, the valve is engineered to withstand extreme environments. Its versatile design accommodates multiple connection standards, making it ideal for any fire department setup, and it features a crank handle for precise flow control, an optional pressure gauge port, and an automatic valve lock to prevent accidental shutdowns from water pressure.
Key Features:
LDH compatibility: Designed for seamless connection to 4″ to 5″ large diameter hoses
Connection options: Available with NH Female, NH Male, or Storz connections in various sizes for your department’s setup
Best-in-class manufacturing: Made proudly in the USA from hard coat anodized and powder-coated aluminum, ensuring long-lasting durability in extreme firefighting environments
Automatic valve lock: Prevents the valve from closing due to water pressure, ensuring continuous water flow during firefighting operations
Crank handle for easy control: Offers smooth, manual operation to control water flow with precision
Pressure gauge port: Includes a port for optional pressure gauge or air bleeder valve installation
Full waterway opening:Half-ball valve design allows for a full waterway opening with a 300 PSI operating capacity
Gearbox style shutoff: Ensures safe and reliable shutoff control during operations
Various size options: Models available in 4″, 4.5″, and 5″ inlet and outlet sizes, with both rigid and swivel couplings
